Time Tour is the most crappy company you can ever meet. The only thing worse is the company that has already gone bankrupt and abandoned customers. We flew to Barcelona 07/2/14-07/12/14 we were not met at Barca....they forgot. Having called a tour operator in Spain, an hour later we waited for Yuri. But it turned out that since there were two of us, the tour was booked for a transfer in a regular company providing transfer services. In my opinion, tour 2, in short, because of waiting for Yuri, we missed our bus and we had to wait three hours for the second one to arrive. The result was 4 hours at the airport..... but another 4.5 hours we took everyone to their hotels.... It seemed that the driver was just making fun of him, driving three times along the same streets. In Loreta we found ourselves abandoned because no one even mentioned that our return transfer services were provided by Terramart Tour. We spent the night before departure on the phone, not fully understanding whether they would pick us up! It turned out that we were leaving at 6:40 sitting on benches, we really didn’t believe at seven in the morning whether they would pick us up... And we flew away at seven in the evening... having spent the whole day at the airport. Cool, yes. But this is already a complaint against Orenburg Airlines. It's your own fault - don't save money and fly charter. Now we have firmly decided never to use the services of a tour operator again in our lives. Guys, the bus to the resorts of Costa Brava, Costa Dorada leaves from the airport exit and takes an hour. Spain is our love, we will travel, but now only on our own.

We have been traveling with Vremya-tour for 3 years. We chose it because the operator has the optimal ratio of price and quality of service. In particular, the first trip to Andorra 2 years ago (host [Terramar Turk]) was wonderful. Unfortunately, I don’t remember exactly the name of the representative (if I’m not mistaken, Mikhail), I only know that he lived in Encamp. Many thanks to him for his sensitive attitude and always timely resolution of all issues. This year we invited friends on a ski tour to Andorra. A small company gathered - 12 people. At the Airport we were met by a representative of [Terramar Turk named Peter, who on the bus gave us a minimum of information, and then started a cassette (or disk, or flash drive) with a female voice, to which everyone safely fell asleep. Everyone woke up in a cafe halfway on the way to Andorra, where there was a stop. Next, we bought ski passes with a 5% discount, which Peter quickly ran out of, and he had to intercept them from another representative, Irina, who, fortunately, was traveling with other tourists at the same time to the airport. After arriving at the hotel, we didn’t see Peter again, we saw Irina almost every morning in front of the Funicamp (lift), where she answered all the questions of a large number of people. We lived in the capital in the hotel [Comtes de urgek***, the hotel is not bad, the breakfast is standard, the dinner is wonderful, the service is good, the staff is friendly, except that we met a Russian-speaking girl at the reception only once, and the rest of the staff had difficulty even speaking in English. What struck me at dinner at the restaurant was that there was a complete lack of [dress control]. I was a little irritated by the daily trio of brave guys in shorts, slippers and a T-shirt [of the Institute of International Law and Economics], who apparently got confused by the resort. Information about when a representative of [Terramar Turk] will be at our hotel is completely missing, despite the fact that at the hotel [more than 30 people unloaded most of the bus. Problems began with the transfer to the ski lift on the first day, everyone waited for it for more than 45 minutes, because Peter said that free Skibus will be at the stop (which turned out to be not 100 meters away, but at least 250-300 meters away) at 9-00. [The skibus arrived crowded and only 5-6 people could fit in, the driver called someone and said in Spanish to wait for another [bus. Some of the people got to the mountain by [paid car], after another 15 minutes a small [shuttle] arrived, announcing that it would only take us to [Funicamp] (instead of the promised [El Tarter]). All subsequent days [the ski bus also arrived very late, and always alone, and on Saturday did not arrive at all, while the half-empty [ski buses] [Natalie-Turk and [Tez-Turk] in the amount of 2-3 pieces from each operator with a smile refused to take us to the mountain. On the penultimate day of our vacation, quite by accident, we found out that there was a free shuttle from the hotel, but only for 8 people and you had to sign up for it in advance, which some of the people certainly took advantage of. The rest continued to stubbornly hope for a miracle, despite the fact that once again the overcrowded Terramar Turk ski bus drove past a crowd of skiers returning to the hotel from the Funikamp station without even making a stop. Terramar Turk representative Irina was informed several times about our difficulties and even called us on the phone, but citing the fact that she was now going to the airport and would contact us later, she did not react to our problems in any way. Otherwise, the rest was a success. Special thanks to [Vremya-Turk] for the free visit to the Spa Center [Kaldeok. This is our third time visiting it, and always with great pleasure. We wish the host [Terramar Turk] good health and be more attentive to tourists, because, for sure, your material well-being depends on our good rest and mood. I think so, if you don’t like the tour company, they stood up, raised their thick fat face and did everything themselves, booked the hotel tickets and visa! I’ve been relaxing on tour for 18 years and I’m happy! I’ve seen how the Russo tourists drink or sit until the last minute and then everyone is guilty and bad! Elena, no one owes you a vacation for three kopecks and everyone should be running after you! who is flying? Find out for yourself about the flight if it is a charter! This is not Aeroflot, where a ticket costs 1000 euros! Citizens, be vigilant when you go on vacation, don’t drink and keep an eye on departures and arrivals! And fly not with charters, but with Aeroflot! it's reliable and expensive! Don't save money on vacation!

I bought a ticket to Andorra (Spain) from January 24, 2011 to January 7, 2012. Having arrived at check-in 3 hours before the time indicated on my tickets, I found out that my plane to Moscow had already left 9 hours ago. Neither the tour operator (Vremya Tour), nor the travel agency (Algida Tour), nor the Vim Avia airline warned us about the change in flight time. There were 4 of us who were left behind from the flight at the airport. Having written an official complaint to Time Tour with the help of a lawyer, I received an answer: Time Tour is exempt from responsibility for what happened under various unlawful pretexts by shifting responsibility to the travel agency (Algida Tour), the travel agency blames the tour operator for everything. We are filing a lawsuit, and at the same time we are distributing this information to all media. I have never seen such rude service before!!! I would like to highlight this story due to the fact that such cases are now relevant (recent Lanta-Tour, Capital-Tour), I feel that in the season there will be a case and Vremya-Tour in the news feeds, because of a more boorish and incompetent attitude towards oneself and towards I haven’t seen it with other tourists yet. I would like to warn our citizens to be vigilant! We also used airflight Vim Avia, I read on the passenger reviews forum that not everything was going well with this company either. Terrible reviews. Plus they were banned from flying to the European Union, so Vim Avia is using some cunning scheme and flying under the name Bashkir Airlines to the Eurozone!!! Although this is the same Vim Avia! How is this possible. Just awful! I really regret that I read reviews about Vim Avia and Time Tour only after my trip.
