Buying a ticket at the ticket office at the station

Misspelled names

The rules stipulate that on a railway ticket the first and last name must be indicated in the language in which they are indicated in the document that will be presented to the conductor. If the name does not fit on the ticket
If for some reason your last name does not fit completely on the ticket, this is not a problem, since paragraph 2.35 of the Rules states that it is allowed to shorten the last name to 20 characters.
