Cancellation of the service
You can cancel the service no less than 2 hours before the scheduled flight arrival time by reporting this in writing (by e-mail, fax) to the Call Center of the VIP lounge. In case of violation of the deadline for canceling the booked service, money will not be returned.
If a paid application is canceled in a timely manner, you can:
- use this payment when making subsequent applications;
- organize a refund of funds (refunds are made only after the Contractor receives the original application, availability of a bank card, cash receipt, post-terminal receipt).

In the Halls of Official Delegations, high-ranking officials, both Russian and foreign, are mainly served. These services are paid for by the Government or the State Duma at minimum prices. In this case, money for services is transferred, as a rule, in advance by non-cash payment. Passenger service in these Halls is carried out on the basis of applications in the form of a fax or letter addressed to the head of the airport, who applies to them a resolution authorizing the service of these passengers.
VIP lounges accommodate businessmen and other VIPs who are not related to government service and are willing to pay on their own for increased comfort at the airport. In addition, there is a certain list of passengers who have the right to free passage through VIP lounges - Heroes of the Soviet Union, Russian Federation, socialist labor, etc. Different airports organize VIP passenger service in different ways. For example, Domodedovo Airport has only the Hall of Official Delegations, which can be easily accessed only by members of the Russian Government, the State Duma and the Federation Council, as well as high-ranking foreign guests. The remaining passengers applying for VIP service are carefully selected by the airport security service and can only enter this lounge using special lists. VIP service is organized in a similar way at another large Russian airport - Pulkovo-1. There is a Hall of Official Delegations here; government organizations, deputies, members of the Interparliamentary Assembly and some commercial organizations with which preliminary agreements have been concluded have the right to serve there.
There are two halls at Vnukovo airport. Hall of official delegations and VIP hall. The first provides its services mainly to high-ranking officials, and the second - to all those who are willing to pay a certain amount of money for a flight. At the same time, visiting the VIP lounge is stimulated by providing a 10% discount after every tenth visit (which is tracked in a special computer database). Until recently, Sheremetyevo Airport in both terminals had only VIP lounges, the service in which was organized by the VIP-International company. At the same time, the halls serve not only senior government officials (president, ministers, etc.), but also fairly wealthy regular clients. In the latter case, in order to receive VIP service, the passenger must purchase a personalized VIP card for US$7,000, which allows him to receive VIP services throughout the year. If the family of a regular client requires special treatment, they can purchase a “Gold Card” for VIP services for $10,000. Owners of such cards receive the right to use the services of the 200 largest airports in the world under the Priority Pass program; receive numerous discounts; visit a number of closed private clubs; participate in the IATA program for booking hotels and cars.
It should be noted that in the near future, the management of Sheremetyevo Airport, in accordance with the relevant order of the Government of the Russian Federation, decided to open a special Hall of Officials for high-ranking government officials.
At Bykovo airport there is also only a VIP lounge, but anyone can get here, especially since entry and service are relatively cheap.
The check-in and baggage procedures for VIP passengers are, in principle, no different from the standard ones, with the exception that their baggage is marked with a baggage tag with the inscription “VIP”. This baggage is entered in a separate baggage checklist. If checked baggage is transported on airplanes in containers, then the baggage of VIP passengers is loaded into a separate container and the container number is indicated in the baggage manifest. In any case, VIP luggage is loaded onto the aircraft last and unloaded first.
Administrative formalities for VIP passengers are carried out by employees of the relevant services in accordance with the rules, orders and instructions of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the Federal Air Transport Agency, which regulate the transportation and service of this category of passengers.
Passengers of the privileged group are invited to board last after all other passengers on the same flight have boarded. The boarding controller reports to the aircraft commander that VIPs are ready for transportation, so that the chief of the passenger cabin crew can ensure that their seats are not occupied by other persons. As a rule, VIP passengers are delivered to the aircraft by car or minibus.
Some airlines allow VIP passengers with only carry-on luggage to check in by phone and arrive 15 to 20 minutes before the start of the flight.
If the flight is delayed or cancelled, the airport dispatcher is obliged to inform the VIP passenger's administration (preferably before he leaves for the airport) so that the latter can postpone his departure.
After arriving at the port of destination, VIPs are the first to be invited to the exit, where a special greeting officer awaits them. Accompanied by him, they board a specially provided minibus or car and are taken to the airport terminal in the VIP lounge or the Hall of official delegations to undergo the appropriate post-flight controls.

Passengers using VIP services during air travel currently include three groups of citizens:

· persons who have special VIP cards (which are something like credit cards), giving them the right to receive VIP services;

Types of service classes on board the aircraft:
1. Imperial class

The Imperial class is being introduced on new generation aircraft joining Transaero's fleet - Boeing 777 and Boeing 747-400.

The unique tableware on which Imperial passengers will be served deserves special mention. It was created only for them according to special sketches with the help of advanced technologies by Transaero's partners in this project - the famous companies Imperial Porcelain Factory and Gusevsky Crystal Factory. Back in the middle of the 18th century, they became suppliers to the Russian Imperial Court.
