How long does it take to travel from Paris to Strasbourg? How to get from Paris to Strasbourg. What is the best transport to get there?
No matter how long the journey, sooner or later you still have to return home. So my husband and I had to return home. Finally, we decided to spend a couple of days in and from there fly to our home country.
By car
The distance between Strasbourg and Paris is 500 km, but what is half a thousand kilometers on the best French motorways? It really takes 5.5 hours to get from one city to another.
To get from Strasbourg to the French capital, you just need to take the A4 motorway and follow it all the way to Paris. This road is in perfect condition and consists of at least two lanes in each direction.
The only downside to traveling on the expressway is the cost. You will have to pay about 40 euros for the trip. Theoretically, you can get there on free roads, but they are much more tortuous, and the speed limit on them is much lower. Accordingly, the savings will be very controversial.
You will need to pay about 50 euros more for fuel. In addition, we must not forget about another significant cost - the need to rent a car. Renting a car with a navigator will cost from 50 euros, and even then, you will still have to look for such a car. If you are planning to rent a car, I advise you to look for suitable options in advance using search engines.
