Baggage rules on RYANAIR flights:
Hand luggage
On January 15, 2018, the airline changed the rules for carrying items. As hand luggage, passengers are allowed to take a large bag up to 10 kg measuring 55x40x20 cm and a small bag measuring 35x20x20 cm free of charge. However, only a small bag can be carried into the cabin; another bag will have to be checked into the luggage compartment for free at the boarding gate. Upon arrival, items will need to be picked up at the conveyor belt. As for goods purchased at Duty Free, they are considered carry-on luggage, so they must fit into a small bag.
Passengers who have purchased a Plus, Flexi Plus or Family Plus baggage fare, or paid for priority boarding, will be able to bring both bags into the cabin.
Checked baggage
- Tariffs Plus or Flexi Plus - 1 bag up to 20 kg;
- Family Plus tariff - 2 pieces of luggage, 20 kg each.
The maximum suitcase size is 81x119x119 cm.
Checked baggage
For all fares there is a baggage charge.
Check-in for RYANAIR flights:
Online check-in is available for most destinations and opens 48 hours before departure and closes 3 hours before departure. You must print your boarding pass or save it in your mobile phone and take it with you to the airport.
AND deals with forecasting changes in air ticket prices in order to suggest whether it is worth buying tickets now or is it better to wait.
If anyone has forgotten what it is low cost airline(they are also budget airlines), then contact us. I wrote about the procedure for purchasing air tickets on the Ryanair website. And be sure to remember about the excellent aggregator azair.eu, which specializes in low-cost airlines and knows how to select tickets “there, I don’t know where” and “then, I don’t know when.” Today's airhint.com service will be a great addition to it.
Pricing at low-cost airlines
The problem is that the pricing laws of low-cost airlines defy logic. The same Ryanair for neighboring dates may have tickets that differ significantly in price, up to a difference of 20 euros and 200.
Pricing depends on many factors, from the time before departure (but not necessarily the closer to departure, the more expensive), on current demand, day of the week, etc. However, low-cost airlines' pricing is much more complex than that of conventional airlines and is difficult to predict without the use of special means, while prices can either rise or fall.
The service airhint.com is engaged in forecasting. Its creators claim to have achieved 82% accuracy in forecasts for Ryanair, whatever that means :) Besides Ryanair the service analyzes prices for three more low-cost airlines - this EasyJet, Vueling and the world's largest low-cost airline, American Southwest. I hope that over time the number of airlines will increase.
For the calculation, identified trends and data from past years in specific areas are used. I think that the service can be completely trusted; in any case, the probability of its error will be lower than our own when making independent predictions.
Forecasts from airhint.com
The service itself is extremely simple and intuitive, although in English. We enter the starting and ending points, the date and carry out the search.
In the screenshot above, on the route Tallinn - Milan Bergamo for the specified date, we are shown a price of 40.79 euros, and are offered to buy at this price. Why buy? At the bottom of the picture, two diagrams show that the probability of a price decrease for this date is 5%, and the price level for the current month is from 30 to 253 euros, that is, 40.79 looks quite good.
The opposite situation is also possible, when the price at the moment does not seem very profitable and it is possible that it will decrease in the future.
In the picture above, the service assumes a price reduction for this route with a 70% probability and recommends waiting before purchasing. Should you listen to such advice? Everyone decides for themselves. If you decide to wait, you will need to check ticket prices daily so as not to miss the desired reduction.
By the way, if the price is high in relation to the monthly average, this does not mean at all that it has the potential to decrease. For example, here:
It seems like the price is close to the maximum values for this month. At the same time, the service estimates the probability that it will decrease at only 36%. Therefore, it is argued that although the price is not optimal, it is better to buy now. That is, it probably won’t get any better. Well, or you can look for other options that are more profitable.
That's all, simple, clear and visual. As far as I saw, the prices of the service correspond to the actual prices of the airlines, there were no errors. Personally, I liked the resource, and now I will use it when planning.

The cheapest flights Ryanair
In order to find and buy a Ryanair ticket at the best possible price, we recommend following the following simple recommendations.
Firstly, the price of an air flight depends very much on time: the earlier you manage to buy a ticket from an Irish low-cost airline, the cheaper it will be. Therefore, it would be most profitable to buy an air ticket in advance, because tickets with a departure date in 2-3 months, as a rule, turn out to be much cheaper than tickets with a departure date in the next few days.
Secondly, as the experience of Anywayanyday clients shows, the most profitable are not direct flights, but flights with transfers.
Thirdly, experienced air travelers have this life hack: buying a plane ticket will be much more profitable on Tuesday or Wednesday than on other days of the week.
Fourthly, don’t forget about the Anywayanyday bonus program: you can spend points accumulated for previous flights and hotel bookings in order to save money when purchasing new Ryanair tickets.
Fifthly, we receive offers from the airline directly. Ryanair often offers discounts for Anywayanyday customers. To buy cheap tickets, follow the news and special offers.
Sixth, do not forget that airline ticket prices vary significantly depending on a specific date, so be sure to check airline ticket prices for at least several neighboring days. In this case, you can find and buy a Rain Air ticket, which will be much cheaper.
The website has a “Price Dynamics” widget, which allows you to make such a comparison quickly and conveniently. When searching for a flight, study airfare prices for the next two weeks and choose the best option that suits you both in price and in time.
Cheap plane tickets from Ryan Air are offered both by the official website of Ryanair and by the online service anywayanyday.com. There you can also read reviews from Ryanair customers.
