There is a large selection of houses outside the resort area: on the shore, but 3-4 kilometers from the infrastructure; 1-2 km from the sea or on the islands.

Villas far from the sea are most often equipped with a swimming pool, especially in the interior of Istria, where, as a rule, you can rent expensive houses located at a distance of 5-15 km from the sea. Many villas with swimming pools have been built in the famous resort of Opatija, where the beaches are mostly rocky and difficult to enter.
