Nancy doesn't have a cell phone; the phone is on the ground floor with the concierge. All phone numbers are stored in a journal (a notepad with a pen in the lower left corner of the screen). If a phone number begins with a code 403, it is not necessary to dial it, the remaining numbers are calls to other cities, so they must be dialed with a code.
In this game you will have to live by the clock. The alarm clock is in Nancy's room, the game time is displayed in the upper right corner of the screen.

Keep an eye on the clock - if you don't feed the guests or clean the rooms, you will be forced to do it. You can cheat the game and change the clock so as not to cook (you will still be forced to do this at least three times), but you will have to clean the rooms anyway. Clean only those rooms that have tags on the doors.
Nancy wears warm clothes when going outside (boots and jacket in the upper left corner of the screen), and wears a sweater and socks when inside. When you go outside, don’t forget to look at the thermometer near the door: if the arrow is red, you won’t be able to go outside. When you are outside, a “freezing” scale appears on the screen. Nancy travels to Canada to investigate the incidents at the Ice Gulch Hotel.
In the introductory video, you will meet the manager Ollie and witness an explosion in the hotel servants' house. After talking with the hotel owner Chantal, Nancy decides to investigate, posing as a maid and cook.
The first day
1. Get to know the hotel and its guests.
Go to the nightstand and read the instruction sheet. Take the master key and the list of guests. There is an alarm clock on the nightstand to change the game time.
Go down into the lobby, turn left and look at the computer at the concierge desk. Open the tab with the list of guests (their phone numbers will automatically appear in your “Phone Numbers” journal tab). Pick up the crumpled piece of paper under the table - this is a resignation letter from the former maid Elsa. Open the closet, read three more crumpled letters and take the laundry bag.
Call Chantal and ask about accidents that occurred before your arrival. Call all the victims (Karl Jenkins, Faringdales, Southwaites), and at the same time Elsa. It turns out that Elsa quit because she decided to become a singer, and the tires in her car were punctured by a jealous fan.
Now you need to get to know the guests and clean their rooms. Go to the second floor, go through all the rooms in turn, make the beds and collect the towels. Be sure to look at all the books on the tables and flip through all the pages: Lou reads Jack London and is interested in painting, Yanni reads a sports magazine, Camilla also reads a sports magazine (there is an article about Yanni, who likes to intimidate opponents before decisive competitions, and shooting tips), Bill is interested in technology. There are also snowshoes on one of the chairs in Lou's room.
Go to the stairs and throw the bag into the "garbage chute" near the toilet.
Go to the first floor. The door next to the stairs leads to the basement, where Ollie works and Yanni is located. Talk to both of them (Ollie will tell you that one of the former guests broke his leg because someone deliberately doused the steps). Please note that there is a sauna in the basement and stairs to the street (next to Yanni).
Camilla is standing in the hall by the window and will tell you that she came to watch the birds. Lou and Bill, who came here for fishing, are playing at the table opposite the fireplace. Bill will immediately give the task - to clean the skating rink.
2. Let's play cook.
If the game time is for lunch, dinner or breakfast, you need to feed the guests. The dining room is located to the right of the exhibition stand on the first floor.
There are six devices with orders on the counter. You need to click on the device, read the order and, when you prepare it, put the order in the device and check the “Order is ready” checkbox. The trash can is located above the pans. When you have fed everyone, Nancy will automatically leave the dining room.
There is a book with instructions on the table.
For breakfast, guests eat toast, Canadian bacon and scrambled eggs. The toast and Canadian bacon (a large round piece of sausage) are cooked on a baking sheet and placed directly into the appliance. To make an omelette, you need to press the egg packet and pour its contents into a frying pan, then add the necessary ingredients and fry on the stove. The finished omelette is golden in color. Please note that next to the Canadian bacon is the regular bacon (dark brown) that is added to the omelet.
For lunch you will have to cook hamburgers or quesadillas. The hamburger patty should be fried on a baking sheet until brown, the quesadilla tortilla should be fried in a frying pan (the finished tortilla should be golden). The cutlet must be placed on bread, and then the ordered ingredients must be placed on it.
For dinner you will be forced to cook salmon and salad. The salmon is fried on a baking sheet until browned and immediately transferred to the order. To make a salad, you first need to put lettuce leaves on a plate (the compartment under the salmon), and then put the ordered ingredients on it.
A small nuance - please note that Camilla is a vegetarian and does not eat fish or meat.
3. Clean the skating rink.
Go outside and look for the sign "To the skating rink". Take a shovel. A field will appear on the screen that needs to be carefully cleared and construction cones placed on the cracks. You can start from any angle. If the color of the cell is blue, there are no cracks nearby. If you hit a darker cell with a shovel, it means a crack is in contact with it. If the cell is even darker, then there are two cracks next to it, etc. (see scale at the bottom of the screen). Make a square around the crack and place the cone on the square with the crack. If by chance you hit a crack, do not press it with a shovel a second time, but immediately place a cone (otherwise Nancy will fall through the ice and there will be a “second chance”). You will also earn a “second chance” if you make a mistake four times; on the fifth time Nancy will go under the ice. The puzzle is randomly generated, here are some solutions:

After this, Nancy will automatically go to the obelisk. Click on the piece of fabric stuck in the obelisk and go right along the wolf tracks (to the left is the path to the hotel). Walk past the Bird Pass sign. There will be an explosion and Nancy will be buried in an avalanche. After the wolf digs it up, return to the explosion site, climb into the crater and pay attention to the petrified bone. Return home (on the ski track). Call the rescue patrol and report the avalanche, then go see Ollie. He will give you the key to the snowmobile and ask you to check the avalanche near the Barsa ridge. At the same time, ask about the obelisk - it, like the hotel, was built by the hunter Dan.
If you try to go outside, the thermometer will read "dangerous."
On Ollie's advice, go to the lobby and look at the stand with an exhibition about the hotel. You'll see that some of the photos are missing, and one of the remaining photos is of Hunter Dan with his pig. Dan's snowshoes lie under the glass, but to get them you need to open the combination lock. Nearby is an empty compartment for the bone that Dan once found.
Go down to the basement and ask Yanni if you can put his photo on the hotel website, as Chantal wants.
Because the rest of the tasks need to be done outside, change the clock the next morning.
Second day
4. Fishing.
You will be released outside only after another dull feeding and cleaning of the rooms. Take a snowmobile and head to the Barsa Ridge. Drive the snowmobile across the screen and try not to bump into obstacles (otherwise there will be a “second chance”). After making sure that there is no avalanche on the ridge, return to the hotel along the same route and report to Ollie.
Return to the courtyard and go inspect the explosion site (where the ice fortress is built). Meet Freddie, Ollie's daughter, who will only let you in after the snowball fight. Hit the girl ten times and move on. Before reaching the sign "To the Icy Lake", turn left and inspect the explosion site. You should find a melted watch dial. Return to the hotel and call the sheriff. He will tell you that the house was blown up with C4 explosives.
Find Bill and tell him about the skating rink. He will ask you to go to Ice Lake and catch a 2-foot long pike. Go to the lake, having a snowball fight with Freddy along the way. Everything in the house is broken, and next to the wormwood there is a piece of paper with a telephone number (the number will automatically appear in your journal).
Return to the hotel. Nancy will notice the red envelope on the bench in the locker room. It contains a letter from Freddie, who, in exchange for a snowball fight, will tell you the secret of staying in the cold for a long time.
Attention! If you enter any room or your room, Camilla will quarrel with Ollie and leave the hotel. You can only communicate with her by phone (the number is in your journal).
If you want to get Camille's recognition, make sure she's standing in the hall. Call the number on the piece of paper. You will hear an answering machine from the Animal Rights Society.
Talk to Camilla, who will tell you about the missing alarm clock. In return, ask her about the book Birds of the Southwest. Camilla will lie that she has never been to the fisherman's house. When you finish the conversation, Camille will turn around and Nancy will see a bullet falling on the carpet. Now you can ask Camilla and find out that she is a member of the Animal Welfare Society.

Return to the lake and click on the hole.
Move the hook with the mouse and catch a narrow silver pike. You cannot catch sturgeon, boots, hats, cans and bombs (in the latter case you will see a very funny video). An image of a pike can be viewed on the hotel computer.
When you go back, Nancy will be stunned and her jacket will be removed, but a wolf will appear on the other side of the lake with someone's coat.
You need to get to the shore with your coat by jumping on the floating ice floes. If Nancy jumps from left to right along any row, then the ice floes float or sink in this particular row. Likewise, if you jump up or down in any column, then it is this column that will change. The ice floes also change diagonally. To get to the other side, you need to lift the top ice floe in the right column. One of the options where you need to jump to lift this ice floe is shown in the picture. Then jump so as not to drown it (that is, do not step on the ice floes in the right column, on the ice floes in the top row and on the ice floes that are diagonally with this ice floe).

First, let's look at the case materials: a certain Chantal Monique runs the Icy Gorge Hotel. But accidents began to happen one after another. So Nancy flew to Canada to sort out the situation. We go to the basement (it’s next to the reception desk). There's Ollie's workshop near the sauna. He makes a trap for the wolf and gives us the key to the snowmobile. On the other side, we meet a skier, Yanni. He will tell us about the explosion during his training.
We go upstairs and go outside. We get on the snowmobile. To get to the place without crashing, you need to go around obstacles with your mouse. We move in the direction of the green arrow. When you arrive, Nancy will say that there were no avalanches here. Go back.

These are like mirrored inverted numbers, each like Siamese twins. As a result, we get code 7941. The inside of the house is completely destroyed. We find 2 thermal bags, a diary. From the diary it is clear that the she-wolf Isis is almost tame. You can even give her commands.
Here Isis herself appears. You can try giving her a couple of commands. On the bed we find another thermal package and a damaged drill with a phone number on it. As we exit, we hear an explosion again.
A note was again left in the hotel lobby, only this time anonymous, with an offer to meet in the sauna and talk.
We call the hospital. Julius Macwood, the owner of the diary and the she-wolf's owner, died of double pneumonia. Let's make a call to the number indicated on the strange device. This is a ground penetrating radar tuned to a frequency of 990 kilohertz. Plus it was stolen. With its help, a thief is looking for something using explosions. Maybe dinosaur bones?

After we come to the pyramid, we turn the cone at the top by 45 degrees. Now we install each type of animal in turn and get the diary of hunter Dan. True, half of the information in it is encrypted. So, this is not the end yet.
The cipher, if you look closely, is not complicated. The entire text consists of phrases of 2 lines each. The first letter of the first line is connected to the first letter of the second. Next, the second letter of the first line with the second letter of the bottom line, etc. Thus, we get the text:

Lou had already been involved once in excavating dinosaur bones.

We go to the house on Avalanche Ridge. There, we insert the bone from the exposure into the recess for the bone. There is a castle in front of us. Insert tokens as shown.

In Camilla's room, the closet is open, and in it is Nancy's shredded jacket with the note: Get Out! This was not enough yet!
In Yanni's room, click on the eye of the stuffed moose, and a cache in the wall opens. We take the moose token from there. There’s a radio there, we turn it on, something incomprehensible...
We go downstairs and ask Yanni. He himself accidentally discovered the cache and communicates with the trainer using a transmitter.
Ollie stops us from cooking (yay!) and tells us that Lou Talbot has left. He also asks to clean the rooms more thoroughly.
To find the next token, let's look in the diary. The raccoon token and necklace from the exhibit are drawn. 6 colored rings and 6 numbers. Each room door has a latch with changing colors. We set it like this:

We look at the picture in the corridor of the Raccoon. His eyes are burning. Click on the nose and get a token with a raccoon.
Last token left. We go to the hunter's house, there we take a Geiger counter under the mattress. We go into the mine. Here comes Isis! We command her: forward, right, left, right, jump, forward. And we ourselves go up the stairs.
We turn into the right opening. Isis is already waiting for us there. There is a rope hanging from the ceiling. We pull on it. Isis pulls for her. And we go into the corridor straight to the door leading to the obelisk room. One plate with a raccoon is already open. 3 keys left.
We quickly return to the hotel. On the second floor, where the emergency exit is, click on the boar’s head and take out a token with a pig. Using a Geiger counter, we go into the basement, to the exit to the street. We open one of the steps, this is a cache, and in it is a token with a wolf.
Now we approach Bill and ask him to play the game Geese and Foxes. Only instead of a token with a fox we put a token with a boar. The point of everything: this is to beat Bill by driving the chip with the boar in turn into the corners with the raccoon, elk and pig. This way we will open the other three branches of the tunnel.
In the hunter's house we go into the mine, look at the map: the rest of the tunnels are open. We give orders to Isis:
1. In the Pig Tunnel. Forward, forward, forward, jump, paw.
2. In the Moose tunnel. Forward, left, left, paw.
3. In the Raccoon tunnel. Forward, right, forward, jump, left, paw.
Now we go to the closed door, insert 4 tokens, push the door. We are inside the obelisk. We immediately see a black suit with a torn flap. We need to look around. We see Lou's bag. It's full of explosives.
And then a criminal will appear, who will first try to pretend that he was just passing by, then try to blow up Nancy and all the evidence, and then escape on a snowmobile.

Control
