Photo review of the Guinness Book of Records 2016 - a new product that was released in the fall of 2015.
Large, bright, colorful, with many informative facts - this is golden the book in the literal sense of the word: look at the cover design (pictured on the left), it sparkles and shimmers!
The Guinness Book of World Records is always a rather peculiar book; some records cause more bewilderment than delight, and some are completely unpleasant (this mainly concerns the physiology section). Therefore, this book is not recommended for younger children. From 10-12 years old, not earlier. In adolescence, everything will be interesting; before, only part of the book will be interesting. And there is a lot of scientific and educational stuff here.
The sections on Earth are especially good, as well as the section on animals and scientific inventions; modern teenagers will also like the section on gadgets and computer, video and online games (there are also many interesting records in this area).
Supernatural abilities, extraordinary talents, amazing images and exciting stories of record holders are already waiting for you in the new edition of the most famous book of records in the world!
Travel legends, where they are described in detail the most impossible trips of all undertaken by man;
Miracle Anatomy, which shows the most incredible capabilities of the human body, including the tallest and smallest man on the planet;
The Internet is the greatest technological breakthrough in human history;
Sports betting - a look at sports popular in the US and UK;
Giants from the Garden - a guide to vegetable gardens where the most gigantic fruits were grown;
Exclusive sections from the creators of the Officially Amazing program. Britain's most popular TV show, CBBC, regularly showcases achievements from around the world that will take your breath away.
List of sections of the Guinness Book of Records (2016), in the order of their presentation in the book:
