Kabardinka became a resort town in the distant twenties of the twentieth century. At the present stage of its development, it is a resort-type city with a wide network of services for tourists and a well-developed private sector. Rest in Kabardinka is very popular among Russians.
The cultural center of the whole village is seaside promenade, where you can find a place where you can eat quite tasty and for different incomes in one of the cafes or restaurants. There are also many swings and rides, including water ones.
In the village itself there is a huge selection of beaches for every taste, but visitors are mainly guided by Central Beach with pebble coating. But not many of them think that if you move a little to either side, you can find almost deserted places where no one will bother you to relax enough near the sea. So remember: the Central Beach is not the entire beach strip in the Kabardinka area. Many of them are sometimes the property of one of the sanatoriums or camps for children and teenagers.
Well, now let's take a walk around the village itself and look into its most secluded and interesting places. We will start at the entrance to the city, if we go from Novorossiysk, where a memorial sign was erected several years ago with the following inscription: "God bless this city." Also in this place you will have a unique opportunity - to climb the observation deck and take a look at the entire bay where the village is located.
If you are tired of the hot scorching sun and you want to relax a bit in Kabardinka, then you have a direct road to old park, where you can freely wander along the shady alleys, enjoying examples of architecture from various eras and peoples, from ancient Egypt to modern times. This is one of the most visited places in the city and you really will never regret your time. You will remember these hours with a slight sadness and will want to get there again as soon as possible.
Another fairly prominent attraction of this small village, which any large city in Russia and abroad could be proud of, is the Wax Museum, which works only in the month of the influx of tourists. At other times of the year, don't even waste your time driving - it will still be closed. This local museum presents various wax dolls of both famous people of our time and personalities of epics, fairy tales, legends, as well as heroes of national history.
And finally, true fishing enthusiasts can visit such a place as "Castell font". This is a great place, specially adapted in terms of its indicators, for the most successful and environmentally friendly breeding of salmon fish such as trout. This is a great opportunity to see them in their natural environment.

Memorable places in Kabardinka and its environs
During the Great Patriotic War, Kabardinka and the front line were separated by only 20 km. The Black Sea coast was engulfed in fierce battles, in which more than 4 thousand local residents died. In memory of their feat, a military memorial was erected on the central square of the resort village. It is located north of the bus station and the intersection of Revolutionary and Mira streets. Every year on May 9, crowded rallies are held near the memorial, in which relatives of the victims also take part.
In one of the most difficult periods of the Great Patriotic War, in order to strengthen the firepower of the front, a fortified artillery battery was placed 3.5 km from Kabardinka, on the way to Novorossiysk. Powerful ship guns and reinforced concrete pillboxes were installed on the shore.
Military memorial "Battery Zubkov" Military memorial "Battery Zubkov"The place was chosen well, and the gunners, under the leadership of Captain Andrei Emmanuilovich Zubkov, could control the entire water area of the Tsemes Bay. They kept the enemy ships under constant aimed fire and prevented them from approaching the Novorossiysk berths. The fearless commander Zubkov was even called the "port manager".
The Germans bombed the battery non-stop, and planes with aerial bombs flew over the fortifications day and night. A lot of combat crews died here, and the guns themselves had to be changed several times. And when there were short breaks, front-line artists came to the battery. Today, at the place where the artillerymen fought, near the Don highway, there is a memorial. It consists of a ship's cannon, an entrance to an artillery cellar, a pillbox and a military cemetery where dead soldiers are buried.
In Kabardinka itself, on the prominent in the sea and steep cape Doob, a monument was erected in honor of those who died on the ship "Admiral Nakhimov". A large passenger sea ship sank on the night of August 31 to September 1, 1986. During the disaster, about a third of all those who were on it did not escape, and 423 people drowned in the waters of the bay. The composition, reminiscent of the tragedy, was created a year after the incident. On the memorial you can see the clock raised from the seabed. They show the time when the ship began to sink. Approximately 2 miles from the resort village, a black barrel is anchored in the waters of the Tsemess Bay. It marks the crash site and is clearly visible from the cape in good weather.
