"smart city" at VDNKh. Smart City at VDNKh Information Technology Center Smart City Pavilion 461
New technologies are being developed in the capital that make life easier for citizens, free up time and give comfort. Ten years ago, it was hard to imagine free city Wi-Fi, online doctor appointments without long queues at the registry office or public services that can be obtained in one click - all this and even more is already in the capital.
The exhibition in the Smart City pavilion is dedicated to changes in Moscow and acquaintance with new smart services.
About the Smart City pavilion
It appeared in 2016 at the initiative of the Department of Information Technologies of the Moscow Government. This is a new building with an area of 1.6 thousand square meters. m with an interesting architectural solution: the facades are made of gray large-sized tiles with a relief pattern of computer chips, panoramic windows for the entire height of the building provide natural light at any time of the year. The author of the project is the architectural bureau Wall.
The appearance of the pavilion echoes the idea of the project: an exposition “Smart City” was set up inside the building, which tells about smart city technologies.

In the period from 07/08/2019 to 07/11/2019, our company took part, as an exhibitor at the collective stand of the Moscow Government, in the X International Industrial Exhibition "Innoprom 2019", which was held in Yekaterinburg. Also on these dates, the Ekaterinburg-EXPO hosted the global manufacturing and industrialization summit GMIS2019, where the topics of nature-friendly technologies were touched upon. But first things first.
The exhibition featured industrial and high-tech equipment (CNC machines, the Barista robot arm, which will soon make coffee instead of a person, UAVs - unmanned aerial vehicles, a new generation car Aurus, etc.), textile products ( clothing for civil servants and outdoor activities), had its own zone with additive technologies. Once again, the booth of the Russian Copper Company pleased with its beauty, and the Almaz-Antey corporation demonstrated its own 3D printer, the first domestic tablet computer could be seen at the booth of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and ice cream could be enjoyed at the booth of Sberbank. And what is important, the exhibition was visited by a lot of children of all ages, which means that in the near future today's "little engineers" will create the industrial history of our country. A visit to the exhibition by Russian President V.V. Putin, speaks of the importance of this event for the country and that the development of the industrial sector is one of the priorities.
The GMIS2019 Global Manufacturing and Industrialization Summit hosted a panel discussion "an objective look at the evolution of 3D printing".
The discussion participants said that 3D technologies are widely used today in the medical field at the stage of planning operations, manufacturing special instruments and implantation. Such technologies are of great importance and broad prospects for development. In this segment, materials that are compatible with human living tissue are very important and must be certified.
According to the speakers' forecast, by 2025 the 3D technology market will increase by 3.5 times, and the future production of the fourth technological revolution will be mainly associated with 3D printing. Such technologies can be used almost everywhere and in any country in the world. Their demand and availability will only grow. Domestic and foreign experts also noted the existing problem of patenting developments and finished 3D products. They believe that the legislation of countries in this area should be soft, and the market and competition themselves will force the development of this direction.
All participants in the discussion unanimously spoke in favor of the openness of state borders in the field of 3D printing, since this technology works for the public good, and it should not be closed to society by "country egoism", and the conflict of interest should be leveled out by law.
Also at the summit, the President of the Kurchatov Institute, Academician Mikhail Valentinovich Kovalchuk, touched upon a very delicate topic! Global energy is rapidly absorbing the resources of the earth (oxygen, water, biomass, forests, etc.). This threatens our planet with a resource collapse. Over the past 50 years, the release of CO2 into the atmosphere and the destruction of oxygen has been more than in the entire existence of our planet Earth. Humanity faces a difficult choice:
- stop the development of mankind (energy, industry, etc.), which we will never do;
- either continue to develop, but with solitude with our nature, improve nature-like technologies.
The summit was very informative and interesting, the industrial revolution 4.0 has begun its countdown.
This year, our friendly team brought to the exhibition updated 3D equipment, namely:
- industrial 3D printer Prism Pro V3, for printing large objects;
- 3DQ Uni 3D printer, for printing small objects with a high degree of detail;
- Planeta3D 3D scanner with turntable and vertical stand.
Compared to the previous version of Prism 3D printers, the following changes have been made:
- Increased the diameter of the print area to 430 mm. The height of the printing area reaches 860 mm, it is possible to increase up to 1100 mm;
- Sensor for the presence and tension of the bar, which is triggered if the thread runs out or a knot forms in the spool, the 3D printer will pause printing;
- The touch screen makes it easy to control the 3D printer. The remote control function will allow you to monitor the printing process from a smartphone or tablet, manage the printing process and start printing, interrupt the printing process;
- The case is insulated, which allows you to keep the temperature in the working chamber. To print large parts from ABS and other high-temperature plastics, 3D printers of the Prism Pro V3 series can be equipped with an additional heating of the working chamber, which will allow maintaining a temperature of about 60 ° C in the chamber.
Due to numerous requests from our customers, we have launched into mass production the legendary Uni 3D printer, which has been tested for many years in educational institutions, making major changes that have helped this printer become even more reliable, compact and functional.
The following changes have been included:
- Rigid design of the desktop, which allows you to print with a layer thickness of 19 microns;
- Thanks to the developed by the company double sleeves of sliding and high-precision shaft supports, high-precision and smooth movement of the printing head and desktop is ensured;
- The presence of a drive with high-precision trapezoidal screw mechanisms ensures high accuracy of movement of the working units of the 3D printer and does not require adjustment during operation;
- The special design of the print head with a distribution board allows you to replace it in seconds;

During the exhibition, customers from various foreign countries became interested in our equipment, about 20 b2b meetings were held with the heads of industrial enterprises in Russia and the world, where further development of cooperation was discussed.
At our booth, you could scan yourself for free and thus get your own 3D model. The visitors of the exhibition were completely delighted with the work of the 3D scanner.
In turn, the 3DQuality team expresses its deep gratitude to ANO Mosprom and the Government of Moscow for the opportunity to demonstrate 3D equipment.
From May 27 to May 31, 2019 on the territory of the Expocentre on Krasnopresnenskaya embankment the exhibition "Metalworking 2019" was held.
This year our company was an exhibitor of the collective stand of the Investment and Industrial Policy Department of Moscow. Our collective stand was dedicated to additive technologies.
The following 3D equipment was presented at our booth:
- the updated Prism Pro V3 3D printer, with a print area of 430 mm in diameter and 860 mm in height, with a built-in video camera so that you can monitor the printing process remotely from the 3D printer and the insulation of the case. Installed a Russian-language touch screen. This 3D printer has the function of heating the print chamber, for printing with specialized PEEK plastic and already well-proven: a sensor for the presence and tension of the bar and a wi-fi module for ease of control. The minimum allowable layer thickness is 0.075 mm;
- Planeta3D 3D scanner with mobile stand and turntable for easy scanning. The scanner scans objects up to 5 x 5 x 5 m in size, has software in Russian, with the possibility of post-processing the scanned model. Scanner resolution up to 768 Voxels. The 3D scanner was very popular at the booth among visitors and exhibitors, we scanned everyone and then printed the scanned people on our printer. A lot of people received positive emotions and a memorable souvenir (a miniature copy of "himself") from visiting our booth.
Also during the exhibition, we held more than a dozen meetings with large industrial companies on the topic of introducing our 3D equipment to their production. The meetings were fruitful, productive and successful, agreements were reached not only for the direct supply of 3D equipment, but also through tender purchases, as with the Kalashnikov concern.
Our company expresses great gratitude to the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the city of Moscow and the Moscow Export Center for another opportunity to demonstrate our 3D equipment at such a prestigious and international event.
Our company was invited to a business breakfast, where important issues related to the development of the "Suppliers Portal" were discussed.
Ambassador ... how much in this word! The first ten active, positive and ready to share their experience entrepreneurs have been identified, including 3DQuality!
The ambassadors of the "Portal of Suppliers" were the leaders of small companies, the staff of 5 people, as well as the owners of large businesses. Among them are entrepreneurs covering several different market niches at once, as well as suppliers of a unique product.
The first ambassadors of the resource will share their success stories, give useful advice on the development of the "Supplier Portal" and promote the idea of transparent, accessible and competitive procurement.
We remind our subscribers that in 2019 we released the Planeta3D 3D scanner with our own Russian-language software. The uniqueness of this scanner is ease of use, a wide range of post-processing functions, the ability to write scans to a file for subsequent post-processing and repeating the scanning process many times with different parameters, color scanning, without additional marks.
When using the software, you will not need third-party programs to post-process the scanned model, which will significantly reduce your time.
For the convenience of using the Planeta3D 3D scanner, we have created D400 and D 600 mm turntables and a mobile stand. You do not have to walk around the object to be scanned. The sensor moves along the rack, capturing an object up to 2 meters high, and the turntable rotates the model with a minimum step of 1 degree, the maximum weight of the model is up to 45 and 100 kg, respectively. You just have to control the turntable and stand via Wi-Fi and enjoy the scan result you see.
The Department of the City of Moscow for Competition Policy invited 3DQuality to the 15th forum - exhibition "Government Order - for Fair Purchases", as an exhibitor of the collective stand of the Moscow Government, held on the territory exhibition complex VDNH, from 3 to 5 April 2019.
