The flight was delayed by 55 minutes; as a result, the flight took not 4 hours 40 minutes, but 5 hours 35 minutes. They didn’t carry water, they went and got it themselves...
water, near the toilet. In cups, poured by a flight attendant who had a nice conversation with the steward, and apparently there was no time to approach people again. In 5 hours 35 minutes we didn’t conquer it. Never. This is a huge minus. They didn't even offer sandwiches. People were hungry and dissatisfied. When we bought tickets on the website, it was not indicated that the flight would be without feeding passengers. Also, initially at registration we asked for two tickets side by side. There was a guy sitting (about 129 - 135 under number), a young brunette already looking displeased, with slurred speech. When we entered the cabin of the plane, we found different seats. Mom had 31 b, I had 31 d. What a surprise. Unpleasant. Or he is illiterate. Fortunately, the man in seat 31 turned out to be very pleasant and polite and gave up his seat for me. My mother suffers from stage 1 diabetes and my presence, especially on the plane, is very important for her and for me. No one was flying at place 31a. So it's not clear why the guy at the check-in didn't give us these two seats. The plane was stuffy (initially) and there was no ventilation. We fly very often. We will not fly with this airline again. If friends ask, I won’t recommend it. Control zone. This is a different story. I don’t know how much I should relate to you, but I’ll write anyway. Mom constantly rang, the girl who did not let her through constantly asked to take off something. She even said to take off her sneakers. They groped me everywhere, and in a very ugly and indecent manner. The most important thing is that they still had a signal coming from her device. Dissatisfied. They are rude. The strangest thing is that they ask: “What’s ringing in you?” Although she must have said it for the 30th time, swiping her wand. In the end, they found nothing. The signal did not disappear. Although there was nothing in the pockets. The line behind us was unhappy. Mom is 57 years old. She has blood pressure. She no longer wanted to fly anywhere. When I (her daughter) wanted to look at the girl’s badge (to know her name and go where needed), she began to hide and hide behind drawers. The picture is terrible. You need to look at least at the year of birth. And understand who needs to be nervous and who doesn’t, while all these showdowns were going on. Things have already passed. All on different sides. Mess! Someone has already lost their phone. We didn’t find ours right away either. When they were looking, they argued with them. They began to ask what kind of screensaver it was, with some kind of grin. I had to express many complaints, including that my mother has diabetes. And don’t be nervous! People look, I apologize like a ram at the new gate. No apology or anything. Just as it all started negatively, it continued further (as described above). The mood is ruined. This has never happened to any other airline. Although I live in Moscow. And I fly often. We fly together and separately. There has never been such horror. Thanks to the crew for making the flight. Just for this.
Pobeda Airlines is a project of the Aeroflot group of companies to create a low-cost carrier in Russia (the so-called low-cost airline), which is designed to maintain low operating costs and offer air tickets for sale at affordable prices.
Budget airline Dobrolet
Initially, the project of the Aeroflot group of companies to create a low-cost carrier was launched in 2013, when the Dobrolet airline began operations. The new Russian discounter chose American Boeing 737-800 airliners for its fleet and began to develop its route network from the Moscow-Simferopol air route; flights started on June 11, 2014. The focus on flights to Crimea soon ruined the new airline. Just 2 months after the launch, the Dobrolet company was subject to sanctions from the European Union for flights to Crimea, which made it impossible to continue operating “Western” aircraft. In August 2014, the airline was forced to cease flights. The carrier's owners decided to close the Dobrolet project and create a new airline on its basis.
The emergence of Pobeda Airlines
The reorganization of the company took only 3 months. A new low-cost carrier under the symbolic name “Pobeda” made its first flight with passengers on board on the Moscow-Volgograd route on December 1, 2014. The quick start of Pobeda is largely due to the fact that almost all components of the business - the aircraft fleet, personnel and even the corporate identity - were inherited from its predecessor.
At the same time, the route network development strategy has undergone significant changes. Pobeda Airlines abandoned the idea of developing air service with Crimea and instead focused on operating regular flights from Moscow to big cities central part of Russia.
Pobeda Airlines business model
When building its business model, Pobeda Airlines took into account the experience of the most successful low-cost carriers in the world. At the same time, the most stringent business model was taken as a basis, implying maximum cost reduction and minimal service for passengers.
On the one hand, the production activities of Pobeda Airlines are characterized by high productivity and high flight hours due to the use of new aircraft of the same type, reduction of flight turnaround time at airports, and optimization of personnel numbers. On the other hand, the airline provides passengers free of charge with only the minimum set of services guaranteed by law. All other services are provided for a fee. Paid services even include operations such as carrying hand luggage into the aircraft cabin, paying for a ticket using a bank card, and boarding passengers traveling together into adjacent seats.
Development of Pobeda Airlines
The first years of operation of Pobeda Airlines were characterized by rapid growth of the carrier, active expansion of flight geography and an increase in the number of aircraft. A year after the start of flights, in December 2015, the Russian discounter opened its first international flights– to Germany, Italy and Slovakia. In 2016, Siberian cities were added to the route network; flights not only from Moscow, but also from other Russian cities appeared on the schedule. The airline plans not to stop there, expand the expansion it has begun, increase traffic volumes and, ultimately, become one of the leaders civil aviation Russia.
Pobeda Airlines is engaged in passenger air transportation throughout Russia. In November 2014, Aeroflot registered the low-cost airline Pobeda, and on December 1 the first flight was made in the Moscow-Volgograd direction.
The main task of the low-cost airline is to increase transport accessibility between Russian regions. It was initially planned that the air carrier would be based at Sheremetyevo Airport, but later it was decided that the base airport would become Vnukovo, since Sheremetyevo agreed to fly only until February 2015.
Pobeda Airlines was created to replace the low-cost carrier, which was forced to close in August 2014 due to EU sanctions and return leased Boeing aircraft.
LLC "Budget Carrier"
The legal entity of Pobeda Airlines is Budget Carrier LLC. 100% subsidiary of the group. The low-cost airline has set the base price in all directions 999 rubles, when purchasing a plane ticket on the official website pobeda.aero or by phone.
If a passenger purchases a ticket at the airport or using bank card, then the price will be higher by 2%. When purchasing an air ticket at the Euroset office, the price will increase by 3%. Buying a ticket to QIWI terminal The ticket price will be 4% higher. There are also additional fees for other services. For example, if a passenger wants to choose a specific seat on an airplane, he will have to pay from 149 to 1199 rubles. For transportation of additional baggage, a fee from 99 to 3199 rubles is also charged.
Pobeda Airlines fleet
The low-cost airline's fleet consists of new Boeing 737-800 NG. The aircraft's cabin features leather seats from Aerospace. The Sky Interior cabin design was developed specifically for a low-cost airline with enlarged luggage racks with convenient opening mechanisms, allowing passengers to sit comfortably in aisle seats, and also expand the space in the cabin.
