A great holiday in Barcelona was completely ruined by the return And I'm not exaggerating, not at all! I will remember these 10 hours of my “cooperation” with them for a long time.
To begin with, the flight was delayed for several hours, and I (like other passengers) spent the night like cattle at the airport. Over this time:
- absolute zero attention from the staff of the company;
- food is not organized;
- when registration finally began, the queue was huge due to the very slow work of the staff.
But God bless him, everyone is already inside the plane. And here we also stood for a long time waiting for permission to take off (well, the airline had nothing to do with it). It was very stuffy on the plane, and the crew did not guess (or did not want to) turn on the air conditioner. We stood for about an hour, but then we took off. After takeoff, the air conditioning worked, it became noticeably better.
In the cabin itself, conditions were relatively decent. Flight attendants are polite, but not too attentive to the requests of passengers. But they are not rude, and thanks for that.
As for the food: it's so-so, you can eat it, it's impossible to eat it.
There was a lack of tomato juice, and in general it would not hurt to salt all the dishes. Or does the company think that everyone has a sticky bag of salt? Don't know.
From the good: takeoff and landing were soft, perhaps this is the most pleasant.
Summing up, I will say that if the work on board and the flight itself are organized tolerably, the aircraft themselves are also not worn out and the inside is clean, then the work on organizing the flight is no good. I appeal to management: put things in order!
