The hotel has 420 rooms. Half in the main building and half in two-storey bungalows. They have a private balcony or access to a shared terrace, and many offer sea views. The furniture is not new, paid safes and doors in the rooms have been preserved from the last century, they are closed with ordinary keys. Cosmetic repairs are relatively fresh, plumbing is in good condition, bathrooms are equipped with a full bath.

Immediately behind the hotel begins a wild beach of small pebbles and sand. The entry into the sea is not too gentle, after 3-4 meters the bottom abruptly breaks off. During the day, a lifeguard is on duty on the beach, he also hangs out a flag warning of the danger for bathers.
